Multi-Trade Operative - South West Region
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Covering Devon, Somerset, and Dorset
Benefits: Bonus scheme, private healthcare, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), company van, tools, and fuel card

Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and general repairs.
Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Respond to aftercare and warranty issues promptly and professionally.
Work independently and manage your schedule effectively across multiple sites.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in multi-trade roles within construction or property maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Package
Competitive salary of £35,000 plus performance-based bonus.
