Job Description

Apricus Resourcing are working with an award winning housing provider who are looking for a Multi Trade operative for an ongoing contract role in Banbury, Oxford.

Within this role you will be working Monday – Friday 9-5pm. You will be working within a team that is responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs and refurbishments & estate services.

The manager is looking for a multi skilled person, however you will need strong skills within plumbing for this post.

Duties include:

  * Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.

  * Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.

  * Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.

  * Ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications.

  * Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.

For this particular role your own vehicle is required & you will need your own tools. Construction Skills Certification is desirable but not essential but you will need NVQ 3 or relevant experience.

The rate of pay for this role is £20.00 via umbrella per hour.
