We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established contractor specialising in social housing maintenance. This role involves working on planned maintenance projects across Winchester and surrounding areas.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:
£21 per hour on a temp basic
£32k to £35k on a salary basic- depending on experience
Company van and fuel card provided Opportunity for permanent employment
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
Undertake patch plastering, Painting, Minor Carpentry
Perform maintenance work on planned social housing properties
Collaborate with a reputable social housing contractor
As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:
Experience in social housing maintenance
Proficiency in at least two trades
