We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join the reactive maintenance team for a local housing association.
Responsibilities:
Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within occupied homes such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying and decorating (as applicable) to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
Maintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specificationsRequirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)Benefits:
