Multi Trade operative carrying out repairs and maintenance on social housing
Responsive day to day repairs in occupied properties Client Details
Large provider of social housing repairs and maintenance based in Northamptonshire Description
General repairs and maintenance
Basic Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering repairs
Working in occupied social housing
Use of PDA Profile
Previous experience working in social housing
Multi trade capabilities
Trade specific qualification in core trade (NVQs or City & Guilds)
Asbestos awareness, working at heights & Manual Handling qualifications would be beneficial
Valid driving license Job Offer
Long term temporary contract
37 hours per week working Monday - Friday
Possibility of on call/overtime
