Job Description
We are looking for a Multi trade operative in the Sheffield area to work on a permanent contract for a well-established social housing contractor. You will be working on the repairs and maintenance team, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!
As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
Maintenance works in occupied properties
We are looking for a Multi trade operative who:
Holds a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing
Has relevant experience within social housing
Holds a full UK driving licence
Has their own tools
In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:
£34,700 annual salary
Company van & fuel card
Call out (1 in 5) with £500 standby fee plus call out rates
Permanent employment
Various other benefits
