Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: £19.00 - £20.00 per hour (PAYE) / £21.00 - £22.00 per hour (CIS, depending on experience)
We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established property maintenance contractor on a temporary basis, carrying out works across occupied and void social housing properties in Oxford. This role is ideal for a tradesperson confident across a variety of trades, who can deliver a professional service with high standards of workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
Carpentry - hanging doors, replacing skirting, fitting kitchen units
Basic plumbing - repairing leaks, changing taps or toilets
Plaster patching, tiling, painting, and decorating
Lock changes and general remedial works
Accurately diagnosing and resolving issues while adhering to health and safety guidelines
Using a PDA or mobile device to manage and update job information
Working respectfully in occupied homes, delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic DBS check (or willing to obtain)
Proven experience across multiple trades within domestic or social housing settings
Own tools and experience working to a high standard
Strong communication skills and a flexible, professional attitude
