Job Description
Multi Trade Operative - Gloucester
We are working with a busy and well liked maintenance contractor to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative who will provide a reactive maintenance service on domestic properties in Gloucester.
You will be doing reactive maintenance work on social housing properties, dealing with customers, making them feel at ease and providing a top trades service. You must be able to do all aspects of maintenance work in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and patch plastering.
This is a permanent position offering £36,800 per annum + van and fuel card.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
Going to various properties to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work
Completing a variety of works in various trades
Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
Driving a company van safely
Reporting to your supervisor
Using a tablet or mobile to log your work
Driving to various properties in Gloucester
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
Good multi-trade experience
Experience doing response work
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK Driving Licence
DBS check will be carried out for the successful candidate
