Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Multi Trade operative to join our clients team in the South Midlands region. The role will see you carry out multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied/unoccupied properties
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
* Multi-skilled. To have a sound knowledge of joinery, general labouring and bricklaying, general plaster patching, painting and decorating
* To offer courteous, exemplary and efficient customer service at all times
* Able to form strong professional relationships and liaise regularly with different disciplines within the business to assist you achieve your daily goals
