Job Description
Immediate openings are available for skilled Multi Trades to join a well-established domestic property maintenance company that operates in the Redhill and surrounding areas.
As a mobile position, you will be responsible for executing planned maintenance in both Occupied and Void properties on a day-to-day basis. In addition to possessing excellent technical skills, candidates are expected to conduct themselves in a presentable and professional manner, adhering to company guidelines.

* Monday - Friday 37 hour working week
* 35 days holiday (inc.Bank Holidays)

Key Requirements:
* Carpentry and Plumbing in domestic properties
* Addtional skillset such as painting decorating, patch plastering is beneficiary
* Previous experience working in private or social housing properties
* No more than 3 points on your license
