£34,000 – £36,000 per annum + Company Van + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Permanent
Are you an experienced Multi Trade Operative with strong plumbing and carpentry skills? Looking to work for a meaningful organisation that genuinely makes a difference?
We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and long-established charitable housing provider – as they look to expand their Repairs & Maintenance Team with a skilled and motivated Multi Trade Operative.
The Role
Working across planned and responsive maintenance, you'll carry out a variety of tasks in domestic properties, focusing on delivering a high standard of work and excellent customer service.
You'll be working in occupied homes, so a polite, respectful, and professional manner is essential.
Key trade skills required:
* Plumbing (essential)
* Carpentry (essential)
* Additional experience in kitchen/bathroom fitting, plastering, tiling, and painting is highly desirable.
