Job description: Evolve Personnel are recruiting Multi trade operatives for ongoing local authority works in the Birmingham area. Full job description As a Multi trader you will have experience of fitting kitchen and bathrooms in occupied units Experience * Previous work on Social Housing projects * Kitchen and Bathroom fitting * Plumbing, plastering, painting and Tiling - (Multi trade) * Own Tools, VAN + PPE Requirements - The ability to follow lists and complete work to a very good standard ready for client handover. - Multi Trade - painting (touch ups), patching, mastic, basic carpentry, basic plumbing -Attention to detail -Working to tight deadlines -Pride in work - Skilled in communication and working relationships.
