Role: Multi-Trade Operative/ Decorator - Social Housing Maintenance
Location: South West London (Mobile)
Package: up to £36,000 (Basic Salary) + Company Van + Benefits
Overview
We are working with a leading contractor who is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Decorator to join their Responsive Repairs team. You’ll be delivering high-quality decorating and maintenance works across social housing properties, ensuring residents’ homes are kept to a safe and high standard.
Key Duties
* Carry out decorating, repairs, and renewals to a high standard.
* Work independently or alongside colleagues depending on the task.
* Update supervisors where additional trades are required.
* Accurately record works completed and materials used.
* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) trade qualification.
* Strong decorating skills with multi-trade experience.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Previous social housing maintenance experience desirable.
