Avalon is currently supporting a client of ours in Cuffley for the recruitment of multiple Multi-Trades Operatives.
The Opportunity:
* My client in Cuffley are seeking multiple Multi-Trades Operatives to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring all properties managed by our client are maintained to the highest standard. Your work will help create safe, well-kept, and healthy living environments for those we look to accommodate.
* The successful candidate will:
* Perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks, including diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, and ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard
* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with current building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
* Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, time management, and meeting deadlines
* Manage and resolve complex maintenance issues, liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, work orders, and compliance documentation
* Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available, well-maintained, and used efficiently
* Conduct quality checks to ensure all completed work meets the required standards

* Company van provided (Business and personal use)
* Tools provided
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative with a strong background across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
* Full UK drivers licence
* Relevant certifications in multiple trades (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.)
* Health and Safety certifications
