Job Description
I am currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our responsive maintenance team, supporting social housing properties in the Coalville area. This would be for a fixed term contract of 6 months.
Duties of the Multi-Trade Operative:
* Groundworks
* Tiling
* Plastering
* Plumbing
* Painting & Decorating
* Carpentry & Joinery
Work is a mix of solo and team-based jobs. You’ll be expected to complete tasks to a high standard and within deadlines.
Essential Requirements of the Multi-Trade Operative:
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognised trade
* Full UK Driving License
* Proven experience in multiple trades (e.g., plumbing, plastering, groundworks, etc.)
* Previous experience in social housing is ideal
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Knowledge of and compliance with health & safety practices
