Job Description
Looking for a Multi Trader to join a leading property services company based in Cambridgeshire on a permanent basis
Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include minor/ remedial plumbing, joinery, tiling, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting etc within a social housing setting.
You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience.Offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, Company van, 26 days holiday + bank holidays , Bonus scheme, Enhanced Pension Plan
Requirements:
Hold a relevant NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Experience of working in a social Housing/ Maintenance environment
