Job Description
Multi Trader Operatives required for a 6-month fixed term contract to carry out maintenance and repairs on social housing properties in the Coalville area. The role involves a variety of trades-including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating-and requires a relevant qualification, driving licence, and a DBS check.

A national social housing contractor are seeking experienced and versatile Multi Trader Operatives to support our responsive maintenance operations across social housing properties in the Coalville area. Description
As a Multi Trader, you'll carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across both occupied and vacant properties. Your day-to-day work may include:
Carpentry
Joinery
Groundworks
Tiling
Plastering
Plumbing
Painting & Decorating
Profile
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognised trade
Full UK Driving Licence
Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
Previous experience working in social housing
Commitment to safe working practices and compliance with health & safety regulationsJob Offer
