Role Multi Trade (Wet trades)
Salary £37,000 into hourly rate – temp – perm or straight perm
Location Eastleigh & Surrounding Area’s
Environment Housing Maintenance
The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area. This particular contract is within empty homes (Void properties). 75% of the work is wet trade biased: Painting & Decorating, Plastering etc.
The Role
Multi Trade construction & maintenance
Receive & complete works via PDA device
Work safely in accordance with H&S
Painting & Decorating
Plastering
Wallpapering
Some Carpentry works
Skills & Experience
Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
