Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a national housing developer for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join their Customer Care team. This role involves carrying out remedial and finishing works in occupied homes, ensuring excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
Attend scheduled appointments in occupied properties to complete snagging and remedial tasks.
Deliver high-quality finishes across multiple trades, including:
Carpentry (doors, skirting, kitchens).
Basic plumbing (leaks, taps, sealant).
Patch plastering and painting.
Minor tiling repairs.
Work respectfully and professionally within residents' homes.
Accurately report completed works and escalate any complex issues.
Represent both the developer and Acorn by Synergie with professionalism.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a multi-trade or snagging role, ideally within housebuilding or property maintenance.
Strong customer service skills with a polite, respectful approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Own tools required.
Full UK driving licence (van provided for the right candidate).
