Job Description
Multi Trade Operative Required - Gloucester/ Cheltenham
Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in the Gloucester/ Cheltenham areas to work with a busy and reputable contractor on a new reactive maintenance contract on social housing properties in the Gloucester and Cheltenham areas.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34,320 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays and a pay day every 2 weeks.
Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:
All aspects of multi trade work on social housing properties
Completing a variety of works in various trades
Disrepair and maintenance duties
Carpentry, masonry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
Dealing with customers and making them feel at ease
Driving a company van safely
Reporting to your supervisor
Multi Trade Operative Requirements:
Good multi trade experience
Good all round tradesman
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be done for successful candidate
