Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative
We’re looking for a skilled Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Commercial Services team. In this role, you’ll carry out a variety of plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks across our properties and communal areas. You’ll play a key part in ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard, always putting customer satisfaction first.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and other trade tasks to a multi-skilled level.
Ensure all work meets building regulations, best practice standards, and health & safety legislation.
Deliver jobs on time, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible.
Keep customers informed, providing a professional and friendly service.
Use smart devices to record job progress, materials used, and timesheets accurately.
Procure and manage materials, maintaining a well-stocked van to complete work efficiently.
Take part in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota when required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support other trades when needed.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to a high standard.What We’re Looking For
Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent), or time-served experience.
Proven competency across multiple trades, ideally with plumbing as a core skill.
Previous experience delivering repairs and maintenance across residential properties.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
