Multi-Trade Operative - North London & Watford
£21.00 per hour | Monday-Friday | 08:00-16:00 | Van Provided | Temp-to-Perm
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative (Plumbing bias) to work across tenanted social housing properties throughout North London (Enfield, Barnet, Haringey, Waltham Forest) and extending into Watford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking long-term stability with a genuine route into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
Plumbing repairs, installations, diagnostics & general maintenance
Undertaking multi-trade tasks: basic carpentry, tiling, plaster patching & painting
Working independently in tenanted properties while delivering excellent customer service
Completing all tasks safely, efficiently, and to high professional standards
Accurate completion of job reports and paperwork
Requirements
Experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or Plumbing Multi-Trader
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade - plumbing preferred
Full UK Driving Licence - essential
Own tools (van provided for work use)
Able to work Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
Strong communication & customer service skills
Available for an 5th of January start
