Multi-Trade Operative – Plumbing or Carpentry Focus
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Salary: £33,862 – £35,360/year + company van, uniform, PPE, smartphone
We’re looking for a skilled tradesperson with strong plumbing or carpentry for a local housing associations planned kitchen and bathroom fitting.
Key Duties:
* Carry out plumbing and carpentry for the fitting of kitchen and bathrooms
* Deliver high-quality work in carpentry, plumbing tiling, plastering, and decorating as needed
* Diagnose issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively
* Provide excellent customer service when working in residents’ homes
* Travel across local sites (company van and fuel provided)
