Job Description
18 Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi Traders to carry out maintenance works for our social housing client.
This is a temp-perm position with a van provided.
Main duties include; -
* Carpentry
* Lock fits/repairs
* Basic plumbing repairs
* Tiling
* Patch plastering
* Painting & decorating
* Other Multi Works as required
Social Housing experience, Blue CSCS Card, full tools and a UK driving licence are essential for this role.
Candidates must also have a qualification eg. NVQ, City & Guilds, Blue CSCS
