Job Description
Job Opportunity: Multi-Trade Painter & Damp/Mould Operative - West Essex
MMP Consultancy are looking for experienced Painters & Decorators to work in social housing, carrying out painting and decorating alongside damp and mould remediation in line with Awaab's Law.
Key Responsibilities:
Painting and decorating in tenanted and void properties
Damp and mould inspections, treatment, and prevention
Minor repairs and damp-proofing
Advise tenants on prevention
Maintain health & safety and accurate records via PDA
Requirements:
Experience in painting/decorating and damp/mould treatment
Basic DBS
Full UK driving licence
Asbestos Awareness certification
Good communication and customer service skills
Benefits:
Company van, fuel card, and PDA system provided
Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri)
