Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for a Multi Trade Painter to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the Multi Trade Painter, you will be responsible for:
* Performing a wide range of multi trade tasks across different trades.
* Using your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
* Following project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of work.
* Identifying and resolve issues that arise during repairs or installations, employing problem-solving skills.
* Ensuring proper functioning, alignment, and safety of installed components.
* Adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices on the construction site.
* Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Following established safety protocols to prevent accidents.
To be successful for this Multi Trade Painter role you must have:
* Have your own van.
* Come with your own hand and pwer tools.
* Experience with construction projects.
* Presented in a clean and tidy manner.
* Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
* Able to carry tools and equipment by hand up to 20kg.
