Plasterer & Decorator
Working across North West London.

Gilmartins is expanding — and we are looking for the very best operatives in the industry to join us as an Elite Operative.

We are recruiting experienced, high-performing operatives across North West London (properties are in Barnet, Harrow, Camden, Ealing, Wembley, Hounslow, Westminster and Hammersmith - must be willing to work in all areas) in the following trade:
Plasterer (patch and some larger areas)willing to do painting & decorating, mould wash, re-pointing andideally basic carpentry.
As the Multi Trade Plasterer, we offer
  * £50,000 basic salary
  * Permanent, full-time employment, monthly pay
  * Company van & fuel card for business use only (no personal use permitted)

Experience Required for the Multi Trade Plasterer
  * Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
  * Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
  * Full manual driving licence – no automatic vans available
  * Strong communication skills
  * Experience working in occupied properties
  * Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
