Multi Skilled Operative - Planned (Plumber)
Location: Based in Norwich, covering properties across Norfolk and North Suffolk
Pay Rate: £22-£23 per hour (umbrella rate)
Contract Type: Temporary
Are you a skilled plumber with a passion for delivering high-quality work in social housing? Join a dynamic Operations team where your expertise will help improve lives through planned bathroom installations and aids & adaptations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver planned works including bathroom installations and adaptations
Support responsive repairs and maintenance in both void and occupied properties
Work across multiple trades including carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decorating
Ensure timely completion of work to high standards and customer satisfaction
Participate in out-of-hours emergency work on a rota basisRequirements:
Proven experience in plumbing and general building/construction
Strong understanding of property maintenance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
Willingness to travel across Norfolk and North Suffolk
