£42,000 - £46,000
Van, fuel card, tools provided and overtime available
Permanent, full-time
Covering London, Essex and some areas of Kent
EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a maintenance contractor based in Essex for one Multi-Trader and one Carpenter. You will be provided with a work van, fuel card, tools to service their contracts predominantly London and Essex, with some works being based in areas of Kent. Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30, with overtime available.
You will be undertaking maintenance in domestic properties (some within social housing) such as kitchen / bathroom refurbs, carpentry repairs, damp and mould. As well as repairing / fitting fire doors, so experience with fire doors is essential.
Requirements:
* Experienced within fire doors maintenance / fitting is essential
* Proven track record of maintenance / refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms
* Trade qualification is desirable
* UK Driving License
