About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our property maintenance team. You’ll play a key role in restoring vacant or damaged properties back to a clean, safe, and liveable condition. From minor repairs to full refurbishments, your skills will help transform homes and improve living standards for our tenants and clients.
Long term position £240 Per day
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of internal and external repairs and maintenance tasks.
Undertake basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and general building work.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
Identify and report additional works or safety issues as needed.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a tidy, professional working environment and good customer communication.Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role.
Strong skills across several trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, decorating, plastering).
Full UK driving licence and your own tools
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
