Multi Trader – Social Housing (Norbury, London)
40 hours per week | 3-month contract (minimum)
We’re hiring an experienced Multi Trader to support repairs and maintenance across a social housing complex based in Norbury, London, with work allocated across nearby areas.
What you’ll do:

Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied/void properties
*
Handle basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry, kitchen repairs, plastering, masonry, and general maintenance tasks
*
Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to residents
Requirements:

Proven multi-trade experience within social housing or property maintenance
*
Must have own car and tools
*
Ability to work across Norbury, Croydon, Bromley, Lewisham and surrounding areasBefore You Apply
