Job Description

Our client is seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a broad skillset who enjoys varied work and delivering high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of repairs including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and basic plastering and decorating
Complete reactive maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard
Work within occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
Diagnose issues and carry out effective first-time fixes
Maintain accurate records of work completedRequirements:

Proven experience across multiple trades
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Experience within social housing or property maintenance (desirable)
Good communication and customer service skills
