Job Title: Multi Trader – Reactive Maintenance
Location: London (Covering Greater London)
Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Multi Trader – Reactive Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing reactive maintenance team covering properties across London.

This is a mobile role carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of completing a variety of maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  * Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works across multiple sites.

  * Complete a range of trades including:

      * Carpentry

      * Basic Plumbing

      * Tiling

      * Patch Plastering

      * Painting & Decorating

      * General Building Repairs

  * Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.

  * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

  * Communicate professionally with tenants, residents, and clients.

  * Accurately complete job reports and paperwork using a mobile device.

  * Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

  * Proven experience as a Multi Trader within reactive maintenance, repairs, or property maintenance.

  * Strong skills across several trades, particularly carpentry and basic plumbing.

  * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

  * Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  * Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  * Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

  * Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

  * Experience working in social housing, housing associations, or facilities management.

  * Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
