The client is seeking skilled Multi Traders to join their social housing maintenance team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work, excellent earning potential through overtime, and genuine career progression.

Working across occupied and void social housing properties, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants and housing providers.

Typical duties will include:

Carpentry repairs
Basic plumbing
Tiling and patch plastering
Hanging doors and fitting kitchens
Minor decorating works
General property maintenance
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
