Multi Trader

Cambridge

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our Repairs & Maintenance team working on social housing properties in Cambridge and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities:

  * Carry out multi-trade works, focusing on carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering for repairs, maintenance, and installations

  * Work on void and occupied properties to a high standard

  * Assist with general maintenance tasks such as plastering, tiling, and decorating

  * Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant certification

  * Follow health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  * Must have own tools /van & fuel card will be provided

  * Full UK driving licence

  * Experience in Social Housing / Repairs & Maintenance

Van & fuel card provided
