Job Title: Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: Kent Area – Works could be located in, Tonbridge, Snodland, Ebbsfleet, Borough Green, Wrotham, Ashford, Rochester. Working as part of a Team so works will be allocated as close to home as possible
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £22.00ph paid weekly via umbrella – No CIS/LTD
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term/Temp to Perm
Duties: The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines
Notes: Candidates must be available within 1-2 weeks. Will need full UK Drivers license with no more than 3pts, van provided. Candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check prior to starting. Candidates must be able to supply their own toolsBefore You Apply
