Multi-Trader – Wet Rooms, Bathrooms & Maintenance Work
📍 Location: Kings Lynn and surrounding areas
🏢 Client: Local Authority / Housing Association
💷 Pay Rate: £20–£23 per hour (CIS / UMB / PAYE options available)
🗓️ Duration: Long-Term / Ongoing
Anglian Recruitment are looking for an experienced and dependable Multi-Trader to support a local authority in the Kings Lynn area. This long-term position involves bathroom and wet room refurbishments as well as general maintenance work across social housing properties.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:

Carry out full wet room and bathroom refurbishments
*
Undertake maintenance and responsive repairs
*
Perform carpentry and plumbing tasks to a high standard
*
Work safely in both occupied and void properties
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety and housing regulations
✅ Requirements:
*
Strong background in carpentry and plumbing
*
Experience in domestic maintenance and social housing works
*
Own tools and transport essential
*
Full UK driving licence
*
CSCS card preferred
*
Positive, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
