Job Description
Multi Tradesman (Bricklaying Background) – Central London Area – Framework Contract – Up to £225 Per Day + Van
Invision are currently representing a £50 Million Turnover Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Multi Trader ideally from a Bricklaying background to work on a prestigious framework contract around Central London.
My client turns over £50 million and operate throughout the Commercial Office, Retail, Education, Healthcare and hospitality sectors. Project values are up to £5 million per project.
Role Scope:
We are looking for a Multi Trade Bricklayer to work solely on Framework Contracts (current key clients include Natwest, Grosvenor Estates, McMullan Pubs etc) and being involved in Bricklaying, Restoration and Stonework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a variety of bricklaying, blockwork, and general masonry tasks
* Perform other multi-trade duties such as plastering, basic carpentry, and general repairs as required
* Work on high-end residential and heritage properties with attention to detail and site cleanliness
* Liaise with supervisors and site managers to ensure smooth and safe site operations
* Adhere strictly to health & safety protocols and site procedures
About You:
* Proven experience as a bricklayer with additional multi-trade skills
* Comfortable working on refurbishment and occupied properties
* High standard of workmanship and site presentation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
* Own tools and PPE
* CSCS card (preferred)
