Multi-Trader – Construction & Refurbishment | Essex & East London
Location: Essex / East London

A well-established construction and property services company is seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join their growing team. Known for delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance projects across London and the South East, this is a great opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation that values craftsmanship and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting/decorating.
* Complete responsive repairs, void refurbishments, and planned maintenance works.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with tenants, clients, and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Accurately report on job progress and materials used.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader within the construction or social housing sector.
* Skilled in at least two core trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering).
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
