£21.40ph (CIS) + Van & Fuel Card | Full-Time | Temp to Perm
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trader to work on residential properties across Croydon, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within a social housing environment.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (e.g., Plumbing, Carpentry, or similar)
Proven experience in social housing maintenance
Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks (e.g., tiling, patch plastering, basic carpentry)
Full UK driving license (van provided)
