Are you a skilled Handyman or confident DIY’er looking for a rewarding role in a well-established construction environment?
Marshall Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly respected, bespoke residential builder, specialising in small cluster developments across East Anglia. We’re currently seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Handyman / Multi-Trader to join their team and carry out snagging and finishing works across Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:

General snagging and finishing work on new build residential sites
*
Basic carpentry, painting, tiling, sealant application, and minor repairs
*
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and cleanliness
*
Working across multiple sites independently with support from office-based coordinators
✅ Ideal Candidate:
*
Experienced in general property maintenance or construction trades
*
Confident with DIY and small repair tasks
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in completing high-quality work
*
Full UK driving licence required
*
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
💷 What’s on Offer:

Salary: From £35,100 to £37,440 per annum (dependent on experience)

Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
