Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
BDS have a fantastic opportunity for 3 permanent multitraders in Luton. Our client is a leading supported housing association who prides themselves on providing an exceptional service to its tenants and local community.
The postholder will join an established, friendly and hardworking team where you’ll be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs, refurbishments, and property upgrades across supported housing sites. You’ll need to be confident working independently, have a high level of maintenance experience, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship. You’ll also be part of a positive, community-focused team working to keep our properties safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for the individuals we support.
This is a varied, hands-on role for a talented all-rounder who can turn their hand to almost anything, from carpentry and plumbing to decorating, tiling, and basic electrics. No two days are the same!
The role will require you to have your own vehicle to tarvek within the local area and all mileage will be paid at 45p per mile. Please note this is a permanent salaried position of up to £40,000 per annum.
