Role: Social housing reactive maintenance works
My client, a leading social housing contractor, is currently seeking a Plumber/Multi trader to come on board for their housing reactive maintenance contracts.
This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector, covering domestic properties in Lewisham. This position is permanent and will come with a van and a fuel card.
Duties include:
* Full plumbing repairs
* Reactive multi trade works
* Carpentry
* Patch plaster
Requirements:
* multi-trade experience
* Social housing experience
* UK Driving license
