Job Description
We are currently looking for a Muti Trader for a estate custodian role in the Lincoln area.
The successful multi trader will get :
Van and fuel card
Death benefits
23 days holiday including bank holiday
Overtime available at time and a half
For this role the multi trader will need :
To be able to complete pre moving surveys
To be able to inspect properties
Managing a team completing joinery works
Clean DBS
UK driving licence
Trade qualifications in management
Able to work from 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
