About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our well-known Client of ours. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a broad range of trade skills to work on varied projects across residential properties. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and refurbishment work with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, mould wash, painting and decorating, core drilling etc
* Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and effectively.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with health and safety regulations.
* Work independently or as part of a team on planned and reactive maintenance jobs.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role.
* Strong skills in at least two core trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering).
* Ability to work across multiple sites and manage time effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are a plus.
