Job Description
PSR are currently recruiting for a Finisher in Otley
Finisher Roles and Responsibilities
Carry out finishing works on new build or refurbishment projects, including painting, plaster patching, sealing, and touch-ups.
Complete snagging works identified on snag lists to ensure properties are finished to a high standard.
Inspect completed jobs and make corrections where required to meet quality expectations.
Work closely with site managers and supervisors to prioritise and complete snagging tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Finisher - Requirements
Proven experience as a Finisher, Snagger, or in a similar construction role.
Strong skills in general finishing trades (painting, plastering, sealing, mastic work, etc.).
Excellent eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to read and follow snagging lists and site instructions.
Own tools preferred, company tools may be provided.
CSCS card and full UK driving licence desirable.
