💷 Pay: £24.61 per hour (Self-Employed)
🔎 Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our Legal Disrepairs Team in Enfield. This is a hands-on, long-term role within the social housing sector, best suited to someone with a strong background across wet trades and groundworks who can work independently and maintain high standards across all tasks.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Internal and external plastering, patching and rendering
* Painting and decorating in both void and occupied properties
* Groundworks including paving, slab laying, trenching and reinstatement
* General maintenance and support for other trades as required
✅ Requirements:
* Experience working in social housing or legal disrepair environments
* Proven multi-trade background including plastering, painting, groundworks, and carpentry
* Own tools and transport
* Full, clean driving licence
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
