Are you a skilled Multi Trader with experience in social housing maintenance We’re looking for a dedicated and versatile professional to join our responsive repairs team, delivering high-quality work across a range of trades.
About the Role:
You’ll carry out a variety of maintenance tasks in occupied and void social housing properties, including:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Painting & Decorating
Basic Tiling & Plastering
Patchwork Repairs
You’ll be working on a mobile basis across Mitcham and surrounding areas, ensuring tenants receive a safe, efficient, and friendly service.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic environments
NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications (preferred but not essential)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent customer service skills
