Multi Trader - Kitchen & Bathroom fitter (Carpentry/Plumbing) - Temp-to-Perm
£19.02/hr PAYE (including holiday) - £17 per hour BASE pay
£21.38 per hour UMBRELLA
Hours: Mon - Fri 40-45 hours per week 8:00am - 4:30/5:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)

📍 Location: Somerset - Taunton, Bridgwater, Yeovil (Somerset area)
Are you a skilled Multi Trader with carpentry, plumbing, or installation experience? We're recruiting operatives for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across Somerset, within social housing contracts. This is a temp-to-perm role with a highly reputable contractor-long-term prospects included.
🔧 What You'll Do:
Complete full kitchen or bathroom refits (excluding tiling and electrics)
Perform carpentry tasks (units, joinery) and push‑fit plumbing
Work independently, with support from labourers for materials
Engage in council housing projects - delivering a high standard with excellent resident feedback
💷 Pay & Perks:
£17 base rate + holiday pay = £19.02/hr PAYE
£21.38 per hour UMBRELLA
Company van & fuel card
Weekly pay
Full-time hours on a long-term contract
Temp-to-perm pathway with stable progression
✅ What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, kitchen or bathroom fitting, or multi-trade roles
Capable of managing full install from strip-out to finish (excluding electrics/tiling)
Own standard tools
Full UK driving licence (van provided)
CSCS card preferred but not essential
