Job Description
Multi-Trade Operatives - Southampton, Bournemouth & Basingstoke
We are looking for Multi-Trade Operatives to join a property maintenance team, working on social housing responsive repairs and voids contracts in the Southampton, Bournemouth, and Basingstoke areas.
The Role
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you'll help bring homes up to a liveable standard, supporting both void property works and responsive repairs.
Typical tasks include:
Carpentry - doors, skirting, flooring, kitchens, repairs ETC.
Plumbing - basic installs, leaks, pipework, bathroom repairs
Tiling - wall and floor
Patch plastering & painting/decorating
General property and handyman repairs
Preparing void properties for re-letting
Working from job tickets or a handheld device
Managing your own workload effectively while delivering excellent service
Hours & Pay
39 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:30, early finish Friday)
Salary: Competitive

Paid call out (approx. 1 in 6 weeks)

Requirements
Experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, or general property maintenance)
Plumbing qualification desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and take initiative
DBS check (support provided if needed)
